This stool was designed for our home use around 1970 in the kitchen at Mawson.
Simply made of rectangular Blackwood legs with standard wooden dowels I was able to make it with a simple vice, sash cramps and a drill press. It needed no glue as the holes were a tight fit for the dowels. This is the only item of furniture which I can claim to have completely made myself
The solid leather sling seat has a cord lashing underneath.
Still in constant use in 2015.
