Simon and Jonna bought this 1960s house in 2016 and during Simon’s visit to us in March we did a joint retrofit concept to see if we could make it suit their needs a bit better and reduce its energy consumption as far as possible. It has lovely views of the fiord out to the NW. (below)
I sent the drawings to Jonna while Simon was in Melbourne so that she could try to absorb their implications before Simon arrived back.
The plans that Simon gave me were from the agents and not very accurate so the drawings we produced of the modifications can only be regarded as conceptual pending measurement.
