View of prototype in Nijmegen
A wheelchair design that was prototyped by a firm in the Netherlands but for some reason did not proceed. I spent a couple of weeks at the drawing board in Nijmegen.
If I remember correctly it was based on a design I made for multi-angular locking of two or more arms connected at one hub, but somehow it got lost in the translation above.
It was however used to great effect in one TAD wheelchair for a boy with spina bifida – see other entry.
