Bruce Benjamin, ANU School of Philosophy 1952-1963 had a circular house designed by Alec Jelineck in Gawler Cres. Deakin and asked me to design a cabinet for his record player.
This must have been my first external commission and shows the emergence of a style in the undercarriage to the cabinet.
It could be owned by Bruce’s four children, Audrey or his brother.
