The Prime Minister, Sir Robert Menzies required the Canberra College of Melbourne University (in the wooden huts near Civic) to amalgamate with the postgraduate ANU so that it could be a full university similar to all the other states.
Two of the Research schools letterheads are shown and also the Design Unit was allowed to have one (!)
