Glynne Jones, ANU Information Officer and I collaborated on the production of the ANU NEWS in which I used the Garamond Bold for the main heading but adopted Castellar for the main heading which had a bit of character.
This was still in the letterpress days of Patria Printers and Bill Papp, the owner printer changed over to offset printing shortly after.
It was also well before computers came in.
