This seminar was held at TAD NSW to discuss the problems and solutions to expressive communication with people with such difficulties and also to discuss controls of their environment.
Most solutions have been resolved with electronic devices hence the relevance of the circuit board pattern working within the oval representing the barrier to freedom and escaping beyond it.
